A van converted into a mobile boardroom: facing conference seats, a table, displays, privacy glazing and independent rear climate. It is built for the meeting that has to happen between two airports, or for VIP transport where the vehicle is part of the impression.
| Base chassis | Ford Transit or equivalent, long wheelbase, high roof |
|---|---|
| Seating | Four to six facing seats with a conference table |
| Displays | Ceiling or bulkhead screen with HDMI and wireless presentation |
| Climate | Independent rear climate with supplementary heating and cooling |
| Privacy | Tinted or switchable glazing, insulated partition, blackout blinds |
| Delivery | Complete vehicle, fitted to your brief |
An executive van lives or dies on noise. A boardroom in a moving vehicle is useless if the occupants have to raise their voices, so the specification starts with sound: floor and wall insulation, a sealed partition, and tyres chosen for low noise rather than maximum grip. The visible luxury is the last thing we specify, not the first.
Seating geometry is the second detail that separates a real mobile office from a van with captain's chairs. Facing seats need legroom that does not vanish when the table is deployed, and the table needs a mounting that does not flex when someone leans on it. We build a mock-up seating position before the body is trimmed.
Electrically, the rear compartment runs from its own battery and inverter with a shore-power inlet, so the displays and climate do not depend on the engine idling. That is the difference between a vehicle that can host a two-hour meeting and one that cannot.
Each configuration is a starting point — equipment, layout and finish are set per order.

Demonstrating products to clients in a controlled, quiet environment.
Every unit is re-engineered to your specification.
With an insulated partition, sealed glazing and a separate rear climate, yes for normal use. A determined listener with equipment is a different problem, and if you need counter-surveillance specification please say so.
The table is fixed and rated for use in motion. Seats must be occupied with belts fastened; the vehicle is not designed for standing occupants.
Yes. Send the platform and the display requirement and the audio-visual system will be specified around it.
