A pickup whose load bed is replaced by a sealed, integrated body with side access doors, a walk-in rear compartment and a roof rack. It looks like a service vehicle rather than a pickup with a box in the back, and it keeps equipment dry, locked and out of sight.
| Base chassis | Pickup chassis, 4x4, single or double cab |
|---|---|
| Body | Integrated sealed body replacing the load bed, with side and rear doors |
| Storage | Adjustable shelving, lockable compartments, drawers on rated slides |
| Access | Side doors for daily equipment, rear door for bulk items |
| Finish | Painted to fleet livery with signage panels |
| Delivery | Complete vehicle or body kit |
A canopy over a load bed is a compromise: it leaks at the tailgate, it cannot be locked properly, and it announces to everyone that there is equipment inside. An integrated body replaces the bed entirely, so the storage is part of the vehicle structure — sealed, lockable and finished in the same paint as the cab.
The practical difference is daily use. Side doors let an officer take a kit out without climbing into the bed, and the shelving is rated for the load rather than being a domestic shelf screwed to a plywood panel. The rear door takes the bulky items — cones, barriers, a folding sign — that would otherwise be strapped on top.
Because the body is a proper structure, it can carry roof-mounted equipment: a light bar, a small mast, or a roof rack for ladders and long items. That is not possible with a fabric canopy and marginal with a hard canopy.
Each configuration is a starting point — equipment, layout and finish are set per order.
Shelving and drawers with side access for daily equipment.
Work surface, instrument drawers and a sealed evidence compartment.
Vice mount, tool drawers and a power outlet bank for field repairs.
Large exterior panels for municipal or utility fleet identification.
The same platform carries different fit-outs depending on who operates it.
Vehicles that must look official and keep tools secure overnight.
Daily equipment access from the side without unloading the bed.
Instruments kept dry and organised in a sealed compartment.
Every unit is re-engineered to your specification.

Equipment cabinets, survey kits, cones and cable reels for forensic and traffic-accident scene investigation.

Dynamic evidence capture, high-intensity warning, lighting and integrated control systems for highway and urban patrol.

Transport, loading and maintenance of power, municipal and highway engineering equipment in the field.
An integrated body is heavier than a bare bed, so usable payload falls. We will state the figure for your chassis before you commit to a layout.
The body is mounted on a subframe and can be moved to an identical chassis, but it is a workshop job, not a roadside swap.
Yes, if it is rated and fixed to the body structure rather than the lining. Send the drawing and we will confirm the fixing points.
