Every vehicle goes through a 21-point factory inspection before delivery, and the completed checklist travels with the shipment. Certification to standards such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 is a separate matter from the vehicle build, and we state in writing what is held, what is in progress and what is not claimed rather than assuming a certificate exists.
Buyers often ask for ISO 9001 as a shorthand for 'is this factory competent'. The more useful question is what evidence you will actually receive with the vehicle. A certificate on a wall does not tell you whether the electrical loom was tested, whether the oxygen line held pressure, or whether the paint thickness was measured.
The 21-point inspection is that evidence. It covers the items that fail in service rather than in the showroom: electrical continuity and earth bonding, oxygen and suction system pressure holding, stretcher and equipment anchorage torque, door and window sealing, lighting function, braking and steering after modification, and the completeness of the documentation set.
The completed checklist is signed, dated and shipped with the vehicle. If a fleet buyer is comparing suppliers who all claim to be quality-focused, asking to see a sample completed checklist from a previous order is a more effective filter than asking which certificates they hold.
On management-system certification, the honest position is that it belongs to the manufacturing entity and its scope may or may not cover special vehicle conversion. If your tender requires a specific certificate, tell us which one and we will confirm in writing whether it is available for the scope you need, before you commit to a shortlist.
Any management-system certificate belongs to the manufacturing entity and has a defined scope. Tell us the exact certificate your tender requires and we will confirm in writing whether it is available for special vehicle conversion, rather than giving a verbal yes.
Yes. Third-party and buyer inspections are welcome and are scheduled before the vehicle is packed. We ask for the inspection standard in advance so the necessary tests are prepared.
