A high-capacity water tanker on a heavy-truck chassis, built for places where the water has to come from a long way off. Industrial estates, airports, tank farms and remote settlements use it as a shuttle: fill at the source, deliver to the incident, repeat until the fire is out.
| Base chassis | Heavy-truck chassis, 6x4 or 4x2 depending on capacity and terrain |
|---|---|
| Body | Large tank with baffled compartments and reinforced mounting |
| Pump | High-flow fire pump with large-bore suction and delivery connections |
| Monitor | Roof or front-mounted monitor with remote operation |
| Shuttle capability | Fast fill and dump configuration for continuous water supply |
| Delivery | Complete vehicle with pump and tank test documentation |
A shuttle operation is a scheduling problem disguised as a vehicle. If the round trip is forty minutes and the fire needs two thousand litres a minute, then arithmetic — not opinion — determines how many tankers you need. Our job is to give you the fill rate, the dump rate and the usable capacity so that calculation can be done before the fire, not during it.
The tank is baffled, which matters more on a heavy chassis than buyers expect: a part-full unbaffled tank shifts its load on a bend and the driver feels it through the steering. The tank is also mounted on a reinforced subframe so that the chassis flexes under it rather than through it.
Large-bore connections allow the tanker to fill from a hydrant, a canal or a relay pump quickly, and to dump into a portable tank at the incident without waiting for the pump to be set up.
Each configuration is a starting point — equipment, layout and finish are set per order.
Maximum capacity with fast fill and dump for estate and tank-farm protection.
High-flow delivery and foam capability for airfield standby duty.
Configured to feed a relay line rather than to dump, with sustained pump duty.
Foam tank and proportioner for hydrocarbon storage risks.
The same platform carries different fit-outs depending on who operates it.
Large-volume water supply where the nearest hydrant main is undersized.
Standby water and foam supply supporting crash tenders.
Districts where the water source is a river or canal several kilometres from the buildings.
Every unit is re-engineered to your specification.

Heavy-duty 4x4 pickup chassis with wading kit and underbody protection — reaches urban, rural and off-road incidents where trucks cannot.

JMC light-truck water tanker with pump, monitor and standard compartments for municipal and industrial fire brigades.

Warning, lighting, power distribution, communication and equipment storage integrated on a pickup base — for township fire stations and first response.
Send the round-trip distance, the required flow at the incident and the fill rate at the source. We will calculate the number with you — this is the calculation that decides whether a shuttle works.
Yes. Foam concentrate tanks and proportioning can be specified alongside the water tank.
For maximum capacity on poor roads, yes. A 4x2 chassis carries less but costs less to buy and to run, and suits surfaced roads.
