A patrol and crew-transport van for units that move people and kit together: armed police, tactical detachments and county-level public-order teams. Seating, equipment stowage, warning and communication are arranged so a squad disembarks ready rather than unpacking at the scene.
| Base chassis | Ford Transit or equivalent light commercial chassis |
|---|---|
| Seating | Crew bench seating with individual positions, headroom for helmet and vest |
| Stowage | Lockable racks for shields, long equipment and personal protection |
| Warning | Light bar, siren, grille and rear warning lights, reflective livery |
| Communications | Radio installation with external antenna and cabin interface |
| Delivery | Complete vehicle or conversion kit |
The difference between a van that carries a squad and a patrol van is where the equipment sits. If shields are stacked loose in the load area, the first minute at the scene is spent untangling them. Our interiors put shields on a rack by the sliding door, long equipment on a locked overhead rail, and personal protection in a seat-back pouch, so each officer takes their own kit without crossing the aisle.
Headroom and seat pitch are set for officers wearing helmets and body armour, which is not the same as a passenger van with a bench bolted in. Ventilation is upgraded because ten people in armour in a parked vehicle generate more heat than the factory system was designed for, and the rear compartment has its own climate control.
Electrically, the vehicle carries the warning system, radio and interior lighting on an auxiliary circuit so the engine battery is not flattened during a long standby at a scene.
Each configuration is a starting point — equipment, layout and finish are set per order.
Bench seating for a full squad with shield rack and equipment rails.
Fewer seats, more equipment space, and a rear exit configured for fast dismount.
Mixed layout with a small briefing area and storage for public-order equipment.
Configured for convoy escort with enhanced communications and a rear warning board.
The same platform carries different fit-outs depending on who operates it.
Moving a squad with weapons and protection stowed securely, not loose.
Long standby shifts where the crew lives in the vehicle between deployments.
Transporting a team and its equipment to a staging point in one movement.
Every unit is re-engineered to your specification.

All-electric patrol vehicle with warning, lighting, monitoring and communication systems integrated with the OEM electrical architecture.

B-level bulletproof protection for 10 crew on a high-mobility off-road chassis. Built for counter-terrorism, deterrence and SWAT assault.

Integrated warning, lighting, surveillance, protection, publicity, communication and dispersal systems for public-order units.

Self-contained station for traffic services, patrol control, emergency call handling and community service in high-density areas.
Seating is configured to your squad size; send the number and the equipment each officer carries and we will lay out the interior accordingly.
A locked weapons rack can be specified to your storage regulation. We do not design the retention system ourselves — you provide the requirement and we build to it.
The rear compartment is specified with additional cooling capacity and its own outlets, because a standard passenger system will not hold temperature with a full crew in armour.
