A ten-crew armored personnel carrier built to the Chinese Ministry of Public Security B-level ballistic standard, on a high-mobility off-road chassis. It carries a full assault team behind protected armour, with firing ports, a roof hatch and a ram configuration for tactical entry.
| Protection level | B-level ballistic protection to the Chinese public-security standard |
|---|---|
| Crew | Ten personnel including driver and commander |
| Base chassis | High-mobility off-road chassis with reinforced suspension and run-flat capability |
| Body | Welded armored steel hull with overlapping panel joints and protected glazing |
| Tactical features | Firing ports, roof hatch, ram bar, external storage for entry equipment |
| Delivery | Complete vehicle with driver and operator familiarisation |
An armored personnel carrier is a system, not a heavy body on a truck. The protection has to be continuous: a B-level hull is only B-level if the door seals, the window frames, the roof hatch and the floor joints all hold the same standard. Gaps at the joints are where the whole specification collapses, and they are exactly what buyers cannot see in a photograph.
The Zhenhu hull is welded armored steel with overlapping joints, and the glazing is protected to match the hull rather than to look impressive. The interior is arranged for ten: a driver and commander forward, a rear bench for the assault team, weapon and equipment stowage that does not become a projectile under braking, and firing ports positioned for the seated posture rather than a standing one.
Mobility matters as much as protection. A heavily armored vehicle that cannot climb a kerb or cross a ditch is a fixed position. The chassis runs reinforced suspension, run-flat inserts and a ram bar, so the vehicle can push through a barrier and keep going rather than stopping to become a target.
Each configuration is a starting point — equipment, layout and finish are set per order.
Ten-crew hull, firing ports, roof hatch, ram bar and external equipment stowage.
Adds a radio operator position, map board, intercom and a roof-mounted antenna farm.
Reconfigured interior for entry equipment, a hydraulic ram and a roof ladder for simultaneous entry.
Adds water cannon provision, loudhailer and external camera masts for crowd-management deployment.
The same platform carries different fit-outs depending on who operates it.
Moving an assault team to the objective with protection maintained up to the point of dismount.
High-risk warrants and barricade incidents where approach routes may be covered by fire.
Deterrence patrols and rapid reinforcement at installations that cannot be abandoned.
Every unit is re-engineered to your specification.

All-electric patrol vehicle with warning, lighting, monitoring and communication systems integrated with the OEM electrical architecture.

Integrated warning, lighting, surveillance, protection, publicity, communication and dispersal systems for public-order units.

Self-contained station for traffic services, patrol control, emergency call handling and community service in high-density areas.

Crew transport and rapid-deployment van for armed police, SWAT and county-level public-order detachments.
B-level is a defined ballistic standard; the exact threat profile it defeats should be confirmed against your procurement specification. We supply the test documentation for the hull and glazing so your evaluation team can verify it rather than take our word.
Higher protection is achievable but it adds mass, which changes braking, suspension and mobility. We will tell you honestly when the chassis is at its limit rather than sell an upgrade that makes the vehicle undriveable.
Armored vehicles are controlled items in many jurisdictions. Buyers must provide end-user documentation, and we will not proceed without it. Please state the end user and the destination at first contact.
The line is order-driven and can build in batches. Delivery schedule is set in the contract once the specification and end-user documentation are complete.
